Proceed East on 172^nd Street NE.

At the first intersection, take a left onto Smokey Point Blvd

At the next light, take a left onto Smokey Point Drive

The Pacific Building is located on the left side of Smokey Point Drive (across from Gold's Gym).
VCS offices are on the second floor.
